Safety, hygiene, and fun have always been our top priority at Tremblant VR.

Our commitment is to continue to provide amazing VR experiences in a safe environment.

Here are some of our new procedures to respect health regulations and peace of mind.

During the red zone restriction, we will be still open, however we will be limiting the number of guests / families/groups playing VR in the center at the same time and enforcing 2m distancing rule as usual. Families/ Groups need to be domiciled at the same address to play together at the same time.

Guests over 12 years old must wear a face mask while inside the VR center.
Masks can be removed when playing in the VR stations .
Disposable masks will be available for purchase in the center if required.

All VR equipment and common use items and surfaces will be disinfected before and after use with sanitizing wipes and new UV C light wands.
Hand sanitizing will be required on arrival
Employees will wear face visors at all times and gloves when in close contact.
A maximum of 2 people will be allowed per game station – 1 player / 1 spectator
A maximum of 2 people at a time will be allowed in the reception area
Walk-in traffic and center capacity will be reduced
Larger groups and birthday parties will be temporarily suspended

We will constantly monitor and adjust our operations and safety protocols to ensure you have fun in safety.
